Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 5 April 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 2,706 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 849.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,173,051 Ordinary Shares (53.51%).
