Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 10 December 2013:

Mr Chris Townsend a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 6,792 shares at GBP 10.33p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Chris Townsend total beneficial holding in the Company is 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.113 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
