Following his purchase, Mr Fowler has an interest in 5,100 Common Sharesrepresenting 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital and 200,000 options topurchase 200,000 Common Shares at an exercise price of CN$ 4.00; 50,000 optionsto purchase 50,000 Common Shares at an exercise price of CN$ 4.50 and 200,000options to purchase 200,000 Common Shares at an exercise price of CN$ 3.90.
