Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 22nd June that yesterday, Paul Martin, Group Finance Director, acquired 2,100 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.90 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Martin is interested in 15,100 Ordinary Shares, 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
