The Company announces that it has been informed that on 27 March 2012 Jonathan Di-Stefano, Chief Executive, passed by gift 146,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to a member of his immediate family. Jonathan Di-StefanoSasa remains beneficially interested in 359,273 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.73% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
