To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 21 April 2011 that following the purchase on 20 April 2011 of 152,200 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 36.56 pence per share, Keith Heller (Non-executive Director) now has an interest in 152,200 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.051% of the total shares in issue.
