The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, announces that Peter Fitzwilliam, Finance Director, has today transferred his entire holding in the missiontm of 619,481 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.8 per cent. of its issued share capital, to his wife for nil consideration. Accordingly, Mr Fitzwilliam's interest in the missiontm remains unchanged.
