Equatorial Palm Oil plc, (AIM: PAL), the AIM listed palm oil development company with operations in Liberia, received notification on 1 October 2012 that Adelise Services Limited, a company 100% owned by Michael Frayne, Chairman of the Company, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.5 pence each (the "Share Purchase"). The Share Purchase was made on 28 September 2012.
Following the Share Purchase, Mr Frayne is now beneficially interested in 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.19 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
