Next plc Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Person Closely Associated With Them The following notification is made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. On 23 March 2020 certain directors/ PDMRs acquired a number of shares each in the Company as part of a vesting of share awards under the March 2017-2020 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
