Pivot Entertainment (AIM: PVT), a transatlantic media and entertainment company announces that for the purposes of Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, Jeremy Barbera has pledged 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as collateral for a loan entered into in August 2011.

Jeremy Barbera remains the registered holder and beneficial owner of all the Ordinary Shares referred to above, and retains control of the voting rights attached to such shares. The total number of shares in issue is 65,957,718. There are no shares held in treasury.
