DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified on 10 October 2008 that Hon P D E M Moncreiffe, a director of Noventa, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 50p on 10 October 2008.

Following the purchase Hon P D E M Moncreiffe's total beneficial shareholding is 20,000 ordinary shares, which represents 0.05 per cent of the of the issued share capital of the Company.
