Notification of transactions of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Purchase of ordinary shares by Karen Hubbard

Card Factory has been notified that on 26 June 2017, the Company's CEO, Karen Hubbard, purchased 13,456 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 296.1p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Ms Hubbard's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 65,253 ordinary shares, 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Card Factory was notified of the above transaction on 26 June 2017.
