Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that on 3 August 2011 Peter Tom CBE, a director of the Company, acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") for 19.75p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Mr Tom now holds 32,583,333 Ordinary Shares which represents 5.81% of Company's Total Voting Rights.

The Company also announces that on 8 August 2011 David Williams, a director of the Company, acquired 200,000 Ordinary Shares for 18.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Mr Williams now holds 13,212,133 Ordinary Shares which represents 2.36% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
