Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 27 April 2015 that:

1. The Sten Mortstedt Family and Charity Trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,800 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 April 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 21,486,255 Ordinary Shares (50.67%).

2. Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,903 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 April 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 16,029 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).

3. John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 444 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,890 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 April 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 14,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
