Impellam has been notified that on 7th September 2009 Cheryl Jones, Chairman of the Company, acquired 900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 30 pence per share. 

Following this acquisition, Cheryl Jones is interested in 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.67 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
