DIRECTOR PDMR SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATION
The Company received advice on 11 June 2009 that Paula Sale, the wife of Seeing Machines Director Rob Sale, has on 15 May 2009 transferred 285,000 Ordinary Shares previously held in her name to Caffe Pty Ltd, the trustee for the family superannuation fund. The transfer was done as an off market transaction at 3.5 pence per share. The total value of the transfer is £9,975.00.
There is no change in the total holding of Rob and Paula Sale, both direct and indirect, of 5,115,512 Ordinary Shares which is 1.64% of the total number of shares on issue.
