Director/PDMR Option Exercise and Share Dealing
and Total Voting Rights
Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance products announces that Mr Martin Stevens, Director, has exercised options over 111,940 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at 26.80 pence per share. Mr & Mrs Stevens' beneficial holding in the Company after this transaction is therefore 993,758 ordinary 1p shares (1.43% of the expanded share capital detailed below).
The Company also announces that Mr Bernard Johnson, Director, has purchased 18,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at £1.0768 pence per share. Mr Johnson's beneficial holding in the Company after this transaction is therefore 5,605,844 ordinary 1p shares (8.09% of the expanded share capital detailed below).
The Company issued 111,940 ordinary 1p shares to satisfy the above options exercise by Mr Stevens. As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary 1p shares in issue now stands at 69,330,628 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,330,628.
The above figure of 69,330,628 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following the above share issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 5,928,605 ordinary 1p shares under its block listing facility
