Director's Shareholding

On 22 November 2012 the Company was informed that on that day Martin Bell, Director of the Company, acquired for nil consideration, through a transfer of shares on the death of his father, Francis Bell, a total of 26,042,309 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"). Following the acquisition, Mr Bell's shareholding in the Company is 31,542,309 Shares representing 16.09 percent of the total issued Shares.
