Morgan Sindall Group plc ("the Company") has today been informed that Paul Smith has transferred his interest in 217,915 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("shares") to the sole beneficial ownership of his wife, Elizabeth Smith.

The above transaction does not affect the total interest of Paul Smith and his connected parties in the share capital of the Company, which remains unchanged at 217,915 shares representing 0.50% of the issued share capital.
