Huntsworth, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that it was notified on 11 August 2014 that Lord Myners, Chairman of the Company, had on 11 August April 2014 bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 47 pence per share. This transaction takes Lord Myners' total holding in Huntsworth to 0.09% of the issued class.
