McBride plc ("the Company") has been notified today that John (Iain) Grant Napier, non-executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at 78 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Napier holds an interest in 34,807 Ordinary shares representing 0.019% of the issued share capital of the Company.
