The Company has been notified that, following the grant of ordinary shares in the Company to the senior management team as announced on 3 October 2013, Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Sirius Facilities Gmbh, has now disposed of 354,612 ordinary shares in order to satisfy the tax liability arising on the grant of shares to him. Following this disposal Andrew Coombs holds 1,650,000 ordinary shares representing 0.47% of the total voting rights.
