The Company was notified on 30 August 2011, that Mr Chris Girling, a Director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 363.8p per share. Following this purchase, which took place on 30 August 2011, Mr Girling has a beneficial interest in 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
