Director/PDMR shareholding

On 25 June 2013 and 26 June 2013 Somero Enterprises, Inc was notified that Lawrence Horsch, Non-Executive Chairman of Somero, purchased 4,950 and 9,950 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 June 2013 and 25 June 2013 respectively at a price of US$1.028 per share (equivalent to 65.0p assuming a US$1.582 to £1 exchange rate).

As a result of these purchases, Lawrence Horsch' beneficial interest in Somero has risen to 142,900 ordinary shares, or 0.25% of Somero's total issued share capital.
