Purchase of Shares by Director

The Company has been notified that on 1 October 2008, Mr David J Greer, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.91 each. Mr Greer now holds 110,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, and 2,500,000 share options.
