The Company has been informed by Ian Scott-Gall, Chief Executive, that he has exercised 121,667 Sharesave Scheme options at an exercise price of 13.5 pence per share on 25 June 2008. Under the terms of the Sharesave Scheme the shares will be issued to Mr Scott-Gall on 21 July 2008. Following the issue Mr Scott-Gall will be interested in 1,378,167 shares representing 0.99 per cent of the issued share capital.
