The Company has received notification that, on 20 March 2015, Mr Jon Pither, a non-executive director, sold for tax planning purposes 20,600 ordinary shares in the Company at 149p per ordinary share.
Also on 20 March 2015 Mr Pither bought 4,600 shares at 149p per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr Jon Pither's beneficial interest in ordinary shares with voting rights is 254,131 (0.70% of the ordinary shares in issue).
