The Board of Interior Services Group plc (the "Company") has today granted options under the Company's approved Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme") to the following directors:

These three year savings contracts will commence on 1 February 2009. The options were granted as part of a group-wide grant to all eligible employees who applied to join the Scheme. The Board is pleased to announce that options have been granted over a total of 594,870 shares to 237 employees across the group.

As contributions to such schemes are limited to an aggregate of £250 per month two of the directors have cancelled their memberships of existing savings-related share option schemes in order to be eligible to join this Scheme. As a result, those directors no longer hold the following options:
