Vislink PLC04 September 2006 Vislink plc Director shareholding 4 September 2006 The Company has been informed on 1 September 2006 by James Trumper, the GroupFinance Director, that he has exercised 168,000 share options at an exerciseprice of 27.5 pence per share. In addition the Company has been informed that MrTrumper has sold 152,000 shares in the Company at a price of 82.0 pence.Following these transactions Mr Trumper will be interested in 316,000 sharesrepresenting 0.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
