CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the health, wellbeing and fitness markets, announces that the Company received notification on 29 March 2016 that Mr John Wakely, Finance Director of the Company, had purchased 175,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 3.070p per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Wakely holds 175,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
