Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Altitude Group plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that, on 30 April 2010, Martin Varley, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 8.25p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Varley has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 10,737,559 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 28.1 per cent. of the issued share capital.
