Directors' Shareholdings
Moss Bros Group plc ("the Company") was notified today of the following transactions:
Maurice Helfgott a director of the Company, today purchased 270,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 57.5p pence per Share. As a result of these transactions Maurice Helfgott, and persons connected, has an interest in 350,000 Shares.
Zoe Morgan, a director of the Company, purchased 10,543 Shares at a price of 56.5p pence per Share on 5th June 2013, and a further 8,798 Shares at a price of 56.4p pence per Share on 6th June 2013. Jim Morgan, husband of Zoe Morgan, purchased 8,790 Shares at a price of 56.45 pence per Share on 6th June 2013. As a result of these transactions Zoe Morgan, and persons connected, has an interest in 47,775 Shares.
