The Company was yesterday notified that Mr Christopher Waldron, Chairman of the Company has transferred his entire beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which are held through a Retirement Annuity Trust ("RAT"), to a person closely associated ("PCA") to him, Claire Waldron, for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, Mr Christopher Waldron has no direct beneficial interest in the Company.
