Garner plc Director shareholding

The Board of Garner plc (the "Company") received notification on 28 September 2007 that Bruce Lakefield, a director of the Company, had bought 50,000 ordinary shares on 27 September 2007 at 8p per share.

Following this transaction, Bruce Lakefield holds an interest in 770,000 ordinary shares to which voting rights attach represent approximately 2.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 37,968,937 ordinary shares of 1p each.
