African Eagle Resources PLC15 March 2006 African Eagle Resources plc DIRECTORS DEALINGS AND HOLDINGS IN COMPANY African Eagle ("the Company", ticker AFE) announces that the following Directorshave exercised share options to purchase shares: Mr Mark Parker exercisedoptions to purchase 50,000 shares at 16p; Mr John Park exercised options topurchase 250,000 shares at 16p; and Mr Chris Davies exercised options topurchase 62,500 shares at 16p. The dealing took place on the 8 March 2006. On completion of these transactions Mr Parker and his wife will hold 3,073,087shares, equivalent to 2.59% of the total shares in issue.
