Maturity of the Save as You Earn Option Plan
The Company has received notification that, on 8 August 2011, Robert Bready, Product and Trading Director, exercised 3,319 share options at a price of £2.832 under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save as You Earn Option Plan over Ordinary Shares of 3.5p ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company.
Following this exercise of options, Robert Bready holds 187,424 Ordinary Shares, and holds no further options under this plan.
