Telecom Plus PLC18 February 2008 Telecom plus plc (the "Company") Director's Shareholding The Company received notification today that Charles Wigoder made a gift of100,000 shares to the Wigoder Family Foundation on 15 February 2008. Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,934,041 shares, and a nonbeneficial interest in 2,150,000 shares. The total number of shares in which MrWigoder retains an interest remains unchanged at 16,084,041 shares, representingapproximately 24.4 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
