Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed today the 23 March 2016 that Mr James John Berry, Executive Director of the Company, transferred 234,617 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company from his J. J. Berry SIPP to his SIPP: Zambezi Family Suntrust at a price of 243.50 pence per share. Following the transfer Mr Berry's beneficial interests in the Company remains unchanged at 2,211,206 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.7 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.
