The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 66.5p per share on Wednesday 26th November 2008.
Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 407,738 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
