Director Shareholding
The Company was informed on 5 July 2011 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had on the 5 July 2011 purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.699 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 3,144,575 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.14% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
