ConvaTec Group Plc("ConvaTec" or "the Company")Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 3 May 2018 Novo Holdings A/S, a PCA of Kasim Kutay, Non-Executive Director and a PDMR, purchased Shares in the Company as follows;
6,000,000 Shares at an average of £2.240766 per share.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
