Further to the announcement released by the Company on 14 October 2010, that Dato' Hussian A. Rahman, CEO of the Company, had acquired on 12 October 2010 3,209,784 ordinary shares in MobilityOne in an off market transaction (the "Share Purchase"), the Company announces that the Share Purchase took place at a price of 5 pence per share.
