BATM Advanced Communications Limited ("BATM" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR share purchase

The Company has been informed that Itzik Weinstein, Chief Executive Officer of Telco Systems Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of BATM), has today purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.08 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Weinstein has a beneficial holding of 100,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.02 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital. Mr. Weinstein holds 1,500,000 options over the Company's ordinary shares.
