The Company has been notified that Bill Ronald, Chairman, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £7.26 per share on Monday, 2 March 2015. Following this transaction Bill Ronald now holds a total of 25,850 ordinary shares, representing 0.080% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has been notified that Stephen Bird, Senior Independent Director, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £7.25 per share on Monday, 2 March 2015. Following this transaction Stephen Bird now holds a total of 20,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.062% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification was received by the Company on 2 March 2015 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
