Chairman Share Purchase

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Zoopla Property Group plc (the "Company") today announces that it has been notified on 23 June 2014 by Mike Evans, the Company's Chairman, that on 23 June 2014 Mr Evans acquired 34,494 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 230.75 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Evans holds 34,494 ordinary shares in the Company, equalling less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
