The Company was informed on 21 September 2015 that on that day, Alastair Irvine, a Director of the Company, purchased 71,310 shares in the Company at a price of 85 pence per share.

Following this transaction Alastair holds 2,571,310 shares in the Company which represents 1.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
