Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 June 2008 at a price of 497 pence per share, of which Mr. Marsh gifted 8,000 to his adult children and the remaining 2,000 shares were gifted to his wife. Accordingly, Mr Marsh's beneficial interest has increased to 1,172,002 ordinary shares, representing 5.58 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
