5 October 2010 Personal Group Holdings Plc (the Company) DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, that on 4 October 2010 he purchased 19,000 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 260 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr Rooney is interested in 237,086 shares, representing 0.79% of the total shares in issue.

The Company has been informed today by Nigel Brittle, that on 4 October 2010 he purchased 5,700 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 260 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr Brittle is interested in 10,263 shares, representing 0.03% of the total shares in issue.
