17 May 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Director's shareholding

The Company announces that Clive Garston, Non-Executive Director, yesterday sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 32p per share, equivalent to 0.28 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Mr Garston now holds 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.41 per cent of the issued voting share capital of iPoint.
