Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 28 June that Patricio Lacalle, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 17,258 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of €1.662 per Ordinary Share. At an average foreign exchange rate of €1.2 per £ this equates to a purchase price of £1.38 per ordinary share. The share purchases occurred on the 24th and 27th June.
Following these purchases, Mr Lacalle is interested in 17,258 Ordinary Shares, 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
